Fatema Zehra (sa)

Hadith 1: The House of Fatema Zahra (sa) .... The Hijaab of Allah (swt)

From" Kitab al-Turf" of Sayed ibn Taoos quoting from Kitab al-Wassiyah of Shaikh Isa bin al-Mustafaad al-Zareer from Imam Musa bin Jafar al-Kazim (as) from his Father (as):

"When Prophet Mohammad (saww) was about to die, He called the Ansaar's and said, ... "Indeed the door of Fatema (sa) is My door, and Her house is My house. So whoever disgraces it has disgraced the Hijaab (veil/covering) of Allah (swt)."

The narrator Isa then says, "Abu al-Hasan Imam Kazim (as) then cried for long and cut of rest of his speech and said, "By Allah (swt) the Hijaab of Allah (swt) was disgraced, By Allah (swt) the Hijaab of Allah (swt) was disgraced, By Allah (swt) the Hijaab of Allah (swt) was disgraced, O My Mother (sa)..."

Hadith 2: Imam Al-Qaim (atfs) on Fatema Zahra (sa)

Narrated that Imam al-Qaim (atfs) in one of his letters says the following referring to His patience & trials due to the oppression of the oppressors:

Hadith 3: Fatema Zehra (sa) created from Noor (Light)

Sudayr al-Sarfi from Imam Sadiq, Jafar ibn Muhammad, from his father, from his grandfather (as) that The Messenger of Allah (saww) said:

"The light (noor) of Fatima (sa) was created before the creation of the earth and the heaven.

Some of the people said: ”Prophet of God, does that mean she’s not a human?”

He [sawa] said: "She is human Hawra"

They said: ”O Messenger of God how is it possible that she is a human Hawra’?”

He said: ”Allah created her from His light before he created Adam when there were only spirits, so when he created Adam she was revealed to Adam”

They said: ”O Prophet of God and where was Fatima?”.

He said: ”She was in a place below the Throne”.

They said: ”O Prophet of God what was her food?”.

He said: ”Glorifying, hailing and praising (Allah). So when Allah swt created Adam and brought me from his offspring, Allah wanted to make her from my offspring so he made her an apple in heaven and Jibraeel [as] presented her to me saying ”Asalamu alayum warahmatullah wa barakatahu O Muhammad”, I said ”Wa alaykum asalaam warahmatullah my beloved Jibraeel”.

He said: ”O Muhammad your Lord sends you his blessings”.

I said: ”From him all blessings come and to him do they all return”.

He said: ”This apple is a gift to you from Allah from heaven”, so I took it and held it to my chest.

He said: ”O Muhammad Allah glorified be He says eat it”.

So I split it and saw a shining light and was tacken aback.

He said: ”O Muhammad why don’t you eat? Eat it and don’t be afraid, for that light is ”AlMansurah” (the aided) in the Heavens and ”Fatima” on earth”.

I said: ”My beloved Jibraeel why is she called AlMansurah in the Heavens and ”Fatima” on earth?”.

He said: ”She is called Fatima on earth because she saved (fatamat) her Shia from the fire, and because her enemies have not (fatama) loved her. In the heavens she is ”AlMansura” because of the words of Allah swt ‘On that day will the believers rejoice , with the aid of Allah, He aids whom he wishes’, meaning the aid of Fatima to her lovers."

Hadith 4: Fatema Zehra (sa) does not experience Menses

Muhammad in Yahya has narrated from al-‘Amrakiy ibn Ali from Ali ibn Ja‘far from his brother from abu al-Hassan (as) who has said the following:

"Fatima is truthful and a martyr. The daughter of the prophets does not experience menses."

Hadith 5: No Shifa'at for those who oppressed Fatema Zahra (sa)

Kanz al-Karajki: From Mohammad bin Ahmad bin Shazaan al-Qummi, from his father, from Muhammad bin al-Hasan bin waleed, from al-Saffar, from Mohammad bin Ziyaad, from Mufazzal bin Amr, from Yunus bin Yaqoob who hear Imam Sadiq bin Mohammad (as) say:

That Prophet Mohammad (saww) said,

"Cursed Cursed is the one who oppresses my daughter Fatima (sa) after me and usurps (snatches) her rights and kills her. Then He said, "O Fatima (sa) Glad tidings! For you is grand station near Allah (swt) of Shifa’at for those who love you and for your Shias, hence you will do Shifa'at. O Fatima (sa)! Even if all the Prophets (sa) that Allah (swt) has send and all the angels close to Allah (swt) do Shifa’at for those who angered (hated) you and those who usurped (snatches) you (rights), Allah (swt) will never remove them from the Fire."

Hadith 6: Those Who prayed upon Fatima Zahra (sa)

Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said, "The earth was created for seven (persons). Due to them you are given sustenance (rizq), and due to them you are given rainfall, and due to them you are helped. (They are) Abu Zar, Salman, Miqdad, Ammar, Huzaifah, Abdullah bin Masood and I their leader (Imam). And they are the ones who were present to pray over Fatima (sa)."

Sheikh Sadooq then says, "The meaning of creation of the earth for the seven does not mean that it is from the first day of the earth to the last day of the earth. But it means that the benefit from the earth was for those who were present to pray over Fatima (sa) and this is the Taqdeeri creation and not Taqweeni creation."

Hadith 7: The Noor (light) of Fatema Zahra (sa) overcomes the new moon of month of Ramadhan

From the book "Fazail of Shahr-Ramadhan of Shaikh Sadooq"

Imam Raza (as) said (part of a lengthy narration):

"When the new moon of the month of Ramadhan would come up, the noor (light) of Fatema Zahra (sa) would over come the new moon and the moon would be hidden and when She (sa) would go then the moon would become visible."

Hadith 8: After burial of Fatema Zahra (sa)

Imam Ali (ع) after burying Fatima Zahra (ع) turned towards the grave of the Prophet (ص) and said:

"Peace be upon you, O Rasul-Allah (ص) from Me and peace be upon You on behalf of your Daughter, and your visitor, and who is now staying in the earth of your place (of burial) and one whom Allah has chosen to quickly join You. O Rasul-Allah (ص), my patience has decreased due to (separation) from Your chosen one and my self-control/endurance/tolerance has faded due to (departure of) the leader of the ladies of the worlds."

"Indeed, the trust is returned, and the responsibility is taken back and al-Zahra (ع) is taken away."

"My sadness has become everlasting and My nights have become sleepless. A grief that will never go away from My heart until Allah will choose for Me the dwelling where You are. Heart bleeding sorrow and restless anxiety."

"Your daughter will inform You regarding Your ummah coming together against her, so press Her with questions and inquire about Her condition, For how much intense (emotions, thoughts) paining Her chest, which She did not find a way to express"
