Hadith 1:

قيل للامام الصادق عليه السلام : إن فلانا يواليكم إلا أنه يضعف عن البراءة من عدوكم ، فقال : هيهات كذب من ادعى محبتنا ولم يتبرأ من عدونا

Imam Sadiq (as) was asked,

"So and So person loves you (befriends you) but he is weak in doing Tabarra from Your enemies. Imam (as) replied, "It is impossible, Liar is the one who claims that he loves Us but does not to tabarra from our enemies"

Hadith 2:

عن الحسين بن سعيد عن النضر عن يحيى الحلبي عن ابن مسكان عن إسماعيل الجعفي قال: قلت لأبي جعفر عليه السلام رجل يحب أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام ولا يبرأ من عدوه ويقول هو أحب إلي ممن خالفه فقال: هذا مخلط وهو عدو لا تصل خلفه ولا كرامة إلا أن تتقيه

Narrated through a chain of trustworthy & reliable narrators, from Ismail al-Jufi who said,

I said to Abu Jafar Imam Baqir (عليه السلام), "A man who loves Amir Al-Mu'mineen (عليه السلام) but does not keep himself away (do bara'a) from His enemies, and he says: He (i.e. Imam Ali عليه السلام) is more beloved to me from those who opposed Him."

So Imam (عليه السلام) said, "This is a confused (person) and he is an enemy, so do not pray behind him, unless you fear him."

Hadith 3:

عـن الصادق جعفر بن محمد (عليهما السلام ), قال : من جالس لنا عائبا, او مدح لنا قاليا, او واصل لنا قـاطـعـا, اوقـطـع لـنـا واصـلا, او والـى لنا عدوا, او عادى لنا وليا فقد كفر بالذي انزل السبع المثاني والقرآن العظيم

Imam Jafar Sadiq (as) said:

"Whoso ever sits with a person who puts flaws on Us, or praises the one who lowers Us, or continues relation with the one who has cut relations with Us, or cuts relation with the one who has relation with Us, or befriends Our enemies, or has enmity with Our friends then verily he has denied (done Kufr) the one (Allah) who has reveled the Seven-repeated verses (Al-Hamd) and the Holy Quran.

Hadith 4:

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله : من يأجم أن يلعن من لعنه الله فعليه لعنة الله

Holy Prophet Muhammad (saww) said:

"He who is reluctant to curse whomever Allah has cursed, upon him is the curse of Allah."

Hadith 5:

حدثنا محمد بن موسى المتوكل عن الحسن بن علي الخزاز قال سمعت الرضا ع يقول إن ممن يتخذ مودتنا أهل البيت لمن هو أشد لعنة على شيعتنا من الدجال فقلت له يا ابن رسول الله بما ذا قال بموالاة أعدائنا و معاداة أوليائنا إنه إذا كان كذلك اختلط الحق بالباطل و اشتبه الأمر فلم يعرف مؤمن من منافق

Narrated that Imam Rida (عليه السلام) said,

"Some of those who claim the affection for us - the Prophet's Household (عليهم السلام) are more worse/intense/dangerous for our Shia than the Dajjal."

I (the narrator) asked, "How come?"

The Imam (عليه السلام) answered "By befriending our enemies & by having enmity with our followers. When this occurs, the right will be confused with the wrong and the whole matter will become doubtful. Then, there will be no distinction between the believers and the hypocrites."
