Attention in prayers by the name of Mohammad (saww) and Ali (as)

In another book of Muhammad bin Abdullah Himyari, question posed to Imam Zamana (atfs) in the year 307 A.H:

Question:

Regarding the Tawajjoh (recitation in the beginning of prayers for attention) in prayers, should we also say: Upon the creed of Ibrahim and the religion of Mohammad (saww) ? As some of our companions say that whoever recites, "Upon the religion of Mohammad (saww)" has committed an innovation (Bida'), as we have not found it in the books of prayer. except for the narration in the book of Qasim bin Mohammad from his grandfather from Hasan Ibne Rashid, that Imam Sadiq (as) asked Hasan: How do you recite Tawajjoh?

Hasan replied: I say: Labbaik wa Saadaik. Imam Sadiq (as) said: My question was not that.  I asked you how you recite the verse:

"Surely I have turned myself, being upright, wholly to Him Who originated the heavens and the earth, and I am not of the polytheists." (6:79)

Hasan said: I recite that only.  Imam Sadiq (as) said: "When you say thus, after that you must add, Upon the creed of Ibrahim and the religion of Mohammad (saww) and the guidance (way) of Ali bin Abi Talib (as) and Imamat (leadership) of Aale Muhammad, being upright, submissive and I am not from the polytheists.

Reply from Imam al-Qaim (atfs):

The recitation of Tawajjoh  is not obligatory. It is an emphasized recommended deed  as it is a unanimous view which no one has opposed.

(It is said in the following manner:)

"I have turned myself, being upright, wholly to Him Who originated the heavens and the earth being upright submissive, upon the creed of Ibrahim and the religion of Mohammad (saww) and the guidance (way) of Amirul Momineen (as) and I am not of the polytheists. Surely my prayer and my sacrifice and my life and my death are (all) for Allah, the Lord of the worlds. No associate has He; and this am I commanded, and I am the first of those who submit. O Allah make me among the Muslims. I seek refuge in Allah the All-hearing the All-knowing from the accursed Shaitan. In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful." After that recite the Surah Hamd."

The Faqeeh in whose knowledge there is no doubt (referring to Imam al-Qaim (as) said,

"The religion is for Mohammad (saww) and guidance is for Ali Amir al-Momineen (as) because it (the guidance) is for Him and will remain in his progeny till the day of Qayamah (Judgement). So whoever accepts this will be from those who are guided and whoever doubts then there is no religion for him."
