Hadith 1:

عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال : مُروا شيعتَنا بزيارة قبر الحسين عليه السلام ، فإن إتيانه مفترض على كل مؤمن يقر للحسين عليه السلام بالإمامة مِن الله عزَّوجلَّ

Narrated that Abu Jafar Imam Mohammad Baqir (عليه السلام) said,

"Order our shia to go to the Ziyarah of the grace of Husain (عليه السلام). Verily going to His Ziyarah is obligatory (Fard) on every believer who testifies that Husain (as) is an Imam appointed by Allah (عز وجل)."

Hadith 2:

قال : سمعت الرِّضا عليه السلام يقول : إنَّ لِكلِّ إمام عَهدا في عنق أوليائه وشيعته ، وإنَّ مِن تمام الوَفاء بالعهد وحُسن الأداء زيارة قبورهم ، فمن زارهم رَغبة في زيارتهم وتَصديقاً لما رَغّبوا فيه كان أئمّتُهم شُفعاءَهم يوم القيامة

Narrated that Imam Ridha (عليه السلام) said,

Every Imam has a covenant on the neck of his friends and followers (Shia) and from the fulfillment of the covenant and a good way of fulfilling it is to visit their graves. So whoever visits Them while longing for their Ziyarat and believing in it, their Imams will be their intercessors on the Day of Judgement."

Hadith 3:

عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام قالت : قال لي : يا اُمّ سعيد تزورين قبر الحسين؟ قالت : قلت : نَعَم ، فقال لي زوريه؛ فإنَّ زيارة قبر الحسين واجبة على الرّجال والنّساء

Narrated that Abu Abdillah Imam Sadiq (عليه السلام) asked me:

"O Um Saeed! Do you go to the Ziyarah of the grave of Husain (عليه السلام)?"

I replied: "Yes."

Imam (as) said: "Go to his Ziyarah, for verily going to the Ziyarah of the grace of Husain (عليه السلام) is obligatory (Wajib) on both men and women.

Hadith 4:

 حدَّثني أبي ؛ ومحمّد بن الحسن ـ رحمهما الله ـ جميعاً ، عن الحسن بن مَتِّيل ، عن الحسن بن عليِّ الكوفيّ ، عن عليّ بن حسّان الهاشميّ ، عن عبدالرَّحمن بن كثير مولى أبي جعفر، عن أبي عبدالله عليه‌ السلام  قال : لو أنَّ أحدكم حجّ دَهْره ، ثمّ لم يَزُرِ الحسين بن عليِّ عليهما‌ السلام لكان تاركاً حقّاً مِن حقوق الله وحقوق رَسول الله صلى‌ الله‌ عليه‌ وآله‌ وسلم ، لاُنَّ حقَّ الحسين فَرِيضةٌ مِن اللهِ ، واجبةٌ على كلِّ مسلم

Narrated that Abu Abdillah Imam Sadiq (عليه السلام) said,

"If one of you performs Hajj throughout his life, but does not go to the Ziyarah of Husain ibn Ali (عليهما السلام), then he has abandoned a right from amongst the rights of Allah (عز وجل) and rights of Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله). Because the right of Husain (عليه السلام) is an obligation (Faridha) from Allah (عز وجل), obligatory (Wajib) on every Muslim."

Hadith 5:

وباسناده، عن سيف بن عميرة، عن أبي بكر الحضرمي، عن أبي جعفر (عليه السلام)، قال: سمعته يقول

من أراد ان يعلم أنه من أهل الجنة فليعرض حبنا علي قلبه، فان قبله فهو مؤمن، ومن كان لنا محبا فليرغب في زيارة قبر الحسين (عليه السلام)، فمن كان للحسين (عليه السلام) زوارا عرفناه بالحب لنا أهل البيت، وكان من أهل الجنة، ومن لم يكن للحسين زوارا كان ناقص الايمان

Narrated that Abu Jafar Imam Baqir (عليه السلام) said,

"Whoever wants to know if he is from the people of Paradise, let him present Our love to his heart, if he accepts it, he is a believer.

And whoever loves Us, he should desire/wish to visit the gave of al-Husain (عليه السلام).

So whoever is a visitor (Zuwwar) of al-Husain (عليه السلام), we recognize him as a lover of Us Ahl al-Bayt (عليهم السلام) and he is one of the people of Paradise.

And Whoever is not a visitor of Husain (عليه السلام) is deficient (Naqis) in faith."
