018: al-Kahf
Chapter: 18, Verse: 101 - Those blind towards Wilayat of Imam Ali (asws):
Then Al-Ma'mun asked again, "Let me know about the meaning of the following Words of Allah (swt): "Those(Unbelievers) whose eyes had been under a veil from My remembrance, and they don't have the capacity to hear." (18:101)
The Imam (a.s.) replied, "A veil in front of the eyes will not prevent one from remembering. Allah's remembrance is not seen by the eyes. However Allah (swt) has likened those who reject the Wilayah of Ali ibn Abi Talib (asws) to the blind since the words of the Prophet (saww) were hard for them to bear and they did not have the capacity to listen to it’
Then Al-Ma'mun said, "You have relieved me. May Allah (swt) grant you relief."

I (narrator) said, And about saying of Allah (swt), "They don't have the capacity to hear".
The Imam (as) said, "When Imam Ali (as) was mentioned in front of them, they did not have the capacity to listen to it due to the extreme hatred & enmity for Him and His family"
