Chapter: 61, Verse: 8:  The light of Allah

علي بن محمد، عن بعض أصحابنا، عن ابن محبوب، عن محمد بن الفضيل، عن أبي الحسن الماضي، عليه السلام قال: سألته عن قول الله عز وجل: " يريدون ليطفئوا نور الله بأفواههم  " قال: يريدون ليطفئوا ولاية أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام بأفواههم، قلت:

" والله متم نوره " قال: والله متم الإمامة،

قال: يقول الله: والله متم نوره " ولاية القائم

As part of a long narration from Imam Musa Kazim (عليه السلام), about the saying of Allah - "They want to put out the light of Allah with their mouths" (61:8)

The Imam (عليه السلام) said, "They want to put out (extinguish) the Wilayah (Mastership) of Ali (عليه السلام) with their mouths"

"And Allah will certainly complete His light." (61:8) - The Imam (عليه السلام) said, "Allah will complete Imamat."

"And Allah will certainly complete His light." (61:8) - The Imam (عليه السلام) said, "Through the Wilayah (Mastership) of al-Qaim (عليه السلام)"
