025: Al-Furqan
Chapter: 25, Verse: 8-9 - Imam Ali (as) is the Path
حدثنا محمد بن عبدالله عن ابيه عن محمد بن الحسين عن محمد بن سنان عن عمار بن مروان عن منخل بن جميل البرقي (الرقى ط) عن جابر بن يزيد الجعفي قال قال ابوجعفر عليه السلام: نزل جبرئيل عليه السلام على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله بهذه الآية هكذا " وقال الظالمون لآل محمد حقهم ان تتبعون إلا رجلا مسحورا انظر كيف ضربوا لك الامثال فضلوا فلا يستطيعون سبيلا " قال إلى ولاية علي وعلي عليه السلام هو السبيل
Narrated Mohammad bin Abdullah, from his father from Mohammad bin al-Husain, from Mohammad bin Sinan, from Ammar bin Marwan, from Mankhal bin Jameel al-Barqi, from Jabir bin Yazeed al-Jofi who said:
Aba Jafar Imam Baqir (as) said: "Jibraeel descended upon the Prophet (saww) with this verse like this, "And the oppressors say [those who oppressed the rights of Aal-e-Mohammad (as)], You follow none but a enchanted man [25:8]. See what kind of examples they make for You (the Prophet]. So they have gone astray and they will not get the path [25:9]; i.e. the path towards Wilayah of Ali (as) and Ali (as) is the the Path (Sabeel)."

Chapter: 25, Verse: 11 - Fire prepared for those who deny the Imam's (as)
حدثنا احمد بن علي قال حدثني الحسين بن احمد عن احمد بن هلال عن عمر الكلبي عن ابي الصامت قال قال ابوعبدالله عليه السلام: ان الليل والنهار اثنتا عشرة ساعة وان علي بن ابي طالب عليه السلام اشرف ساعة من اثنتي عشرة ساعة وهو قول الله تعالى (بل كذبوا بالساعة وأعتدنا لمن كذب بالساعة سعيرا)
Narrated Ahmad bin Ali, from al-Husain bin Ahmad, from Ahmad bin Hilaal, from Amr al-Kalbi, from Abi Samit who said:
Abu Abdillah Imam Sadiq (as) said, "Verily the night and day is of 12 hours and Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) is the most honorable (Ashraf) of the 12 hours and this is the saying of Allah (swt), "They deny the hour, but We have prepared a blazing fire for those who deny the hour " [25:11]

خبرنا عبد الواحد بن عبد الله، قال: حدثنا محمد بن جعفر القرشي، قال: حدثنا محمد بن الحسين بن أبى الخطاب، عن عمر بن أبان الكلبى ؟ عن ابن - سنان، عن أبي السائب قال: قال أبو عبد الله جعفر بن محمد (عليهما السلام): " الليل اثنتا عشرة ساعة، والنهار اثنتا عشرة ساعة، والشهور اثنا عشر شهرا، والائمة اثنا عشر إماما، والنقباء اثنا عشر نقيبا، وإن عليا ساعة من اثنتى عشرة ساعة، وهو قول الله عزوجل: " بل كذبوا بالساعة وأعتدنا لمن كذب بالساعة سعيرا
Imam Sadiq (as) said:
"The night has 12 hours and the day has 12 hours and there are 12 months and the Imam's (as) are 12 and the disciples are 12. And indeed Imam Ali (as) is one of the hours from the 12 hours regarding which Allah (swt) has said, "They deny the hour, but We have prepared a blazing fire for those who deny the hour " [25:11]

Chapter: 25, Verse: 23 - Those who reject the merits (Fazael) of Imam Ali (as).
وَقَدِمْنَا إِلَىٰ مَا عَمِلُوا مِنْ عَمَلٍ فَجَعَلْنَاهُ هَبَاءً مَّنثُورًا
"And we will turn what ever deeds they did and make them like scattered dust." [25:23]
حدثني ابي عن النضر بن سويد عن يحيى الحلبي عن ابي حمزة الثمالي عن ابي جعفر عليه السلام قال يبعث الله يوم القيامة قوما بين أيديهم نور كالقباطي ثم يقال له كن هباءا منثورا ثم قال: أما والله يا ابا حمزة انهم كانوا ليصومون ويصلون ولكن كانوا إذا عرض لهم شئ من الحرام اخذوه وإذا عرض لهم شئ من فضل امير المؤمنين عليه السلام انكروه
Narrated my father, from Abi Nazr bin Saweed, from Yahya al-Halabi, from Abi Hamza Samali:
Abu Jafar Imam Baqir (as) said, "Allah (swt) will raise a community on the day of Qayamah such that in front of them will be a light like al-Qabati (a white cloth). Then it will be said to it, "Become like scattered dust". Imam (as) then said, "By Allah (swt)! O Aba Hamza, These people will be fasting and praying but when any Haraam thing is presented to them they take it. And when any thing from the merits (Fazael) of Amir Ali Momineen (as) is presented to them they deny it."

Chapter: 25, Verse: 27 - Imam Ali (as) is the Sabeel (Path)
محمد بن العباس حدثنا أحمد بن القاسم عن أحمد بن محمد بن السياري عن محمد بن خالد عن حماد بن حريز عن أبي عبد الله ع أنه قال قوله عزوجل يا لَيْتَنِي اتَّخَذْتُ مَعَ الرَّسُولِ سَبِيلًا يعني علي بن أبي طالب
Mohammad bin al-Abbas narrated from Ahmad bin al-Qasim, from Ahmad bin Mohammad bin al-Sayyari, from Mohammad bin Khalid, from Hammad bin Hareer;
Abi Abdillah Imam Sadiq (as) said, Allah (swt) said, "Oh! I wish I had taken a (straight) path with the Messenger" [25:27] it means Ali ibn Abi Talib (as).

Chapter: 25, Verse: 28 - Umar (la) as a friend??
محمد بن جمهور عن حماد بن عيسى عن حريز عن رجل عن أبي جعفر ع أنه قال يَوْمَ يَعَضُّ الظَّالِمُ عَلى يَدَيْهِ يَقُولُ يا لَيْتَنِي اتَّخَذْتُ مَعَ الرَّسُولِ سَبِيلًا يا وَيْلَتى لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أَتَّخِذْ فُلاناً خَلِيلًا قال يقول الأول للثاني
Mohammad bin Jamhoor, from Hammad bin Isa, from Hareez, from a person;
Abi Jafar Imam Baqir (as) said regarding the verse; "The day the oppressor will bite his hands and say I wish I had taken a (straight) path with the Messenger. Woe to me, I wish I had never taken such a one for a friend!" [25:27-28], The first (Abu Bakr) saying this to the second (Umar).

Chapter: 25, Verse: 55 - Ali (as) is Rab in Wilayah and Obedience.
حدثنا عبدالله بن عامر عن ابى عبدالله البرقى عن الحسين بن عثمان عن محمد بن الفضيل عن ابى حمزة قال سئلت اباجعفر عليه السلام عن قول الله تبارك وتعالى ... وكان الكافر على ربه ظهيرا قال تفسيرها على بطن القرآن يعنى على هو ربه في الولاية والطاعة والرب هو الخالق الذى لايوصف
Narrated to us Abdullah Bin Aamir, from Abu Abdullah Al-Barqy, from Al-Husayn Bin Usman, from Muhammad Bin Al-Fazeyl, from Abu Hamza who said:
I asked Abu Jafar Imam Sadiq (as) about the Statement of Allah (swt), "And the unbeliever is a helper against his Lord"
Imam (as) said: "In its Baatin interpretation of the Quran it means Ali (as), He is his Lord (Rabb) regarding the Wilayah and the
obedience, and the Lord (Allah), He is the Creator Who cannot be described."
