Narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim who said, I asked Abu Jafar Imam Baqir (عليه السلام) about the saying of Allah (عز وجل):

"I swear by the night when it covers/conceals ." (92:1)

The Imam (عليه السلام) said, "The night here refers to Fulan (i.e. Umar). He overcame Amir al-Momineen (عليه السلام) during his rule, which he happened to get over Amir al-Momineen (عليه السلام), and Amir al-Momineen (عليه السلام) was patient in their rule till it came to and end."

The narrator said, "And the day when it shines in brightness." (92:2)

The Imam (عليه السلام) said. "The day - is the Qaim (عليه السلام) from Us - the AhlulBayt (عليهم السلام). When He rises, His rule will defeat falsehood (batil). The Quran - many examples are presented in it for the people - And Allah addresses His Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله) through it and Us and none other than Us know about it."
