Hadith 1:

حدثنا محمد بن الحسن رضي الله عنه قال: حدثنا محمد بن الحسن الصفار، عن أحمد بن الحسين بن سعيد، عن محمد بن جمهور، عن فضالة بن أيوب، عن معاوية ابن وهب، عن أبي حمزة، عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله: طوبى لمن أدرك قائم أهل بيتي وهو يأتم به في غيبته قبل قيامه ويتولى أولياءه، يعادي أعداءه، ذلك من رفقائي وذوي مودتي وأكرم أمتي علي يوم القيامة

Narrated from Abu Jafar Imam Baqir (عليه السلام), that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله) said,

"Blessed is the one who meets the Qaim (عليه السلام) from my Ahlul-Bayt, and who follows Him in during His occultation (ghaybah) before His rising and who loves those who love him and has enmity with His enemies. Such a person is one of my companions and is the one who loves Me, and he is the most honorable of my ummah (community) on the Day of Judgment."

Hadith 2:

حدثنا أحمد بن زياد بن جعفر الهمداني رضي الله عنه قال: حدثنا علي ابن إبراهيم بن هاشم، عن أبيه، عن علي بن معبد، عن الحسين بن خالد، عن علي بن - موسى الرضا، عن أبيه موسى بن جعفر، عن أبيه جعفر بن محمد، عن أبيه محمد بن علي، عن أبيه علي بن الحسين، عن أبيه الحسين بن علي، عن أبيه أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب عليهم السلام:

إنه قال: التاسع من ولدك يا حسين هو القائم بالحق، المظهر للدين، والباسط للعدل، قال الحسين: فقلت له: يا أمير المؤمنين وإن ذلك لكائن؟ فقال عليه السلام: إي و الذي بعث محمدا صلى الله عليه وآله بالنبوة واصطفاه على جميع البرية ولكن بعد غيبة وحيرة فلا يثبت فيها على دينه إلا المخلصون المباشرون لروح اليقين، الذين أخذ الله عز وجل ميثاقهم بولايتنا وكتب في قلوبهم الايمان وأيدهم بروح منه

Narrated from Imam Ali ibn Musa al-Rida (عليه السلام), from His father Musa ibn Jafar (عليه السلام), from His father Jafar ibn Muhammad (عليه السلام), from His father Muhammad ibn Ali (عليه السلام), from His father, Ali ibn Husayn (عليه السلام), from His father Husayn ibn Ali (عليه السلام) from His father  Ameer al-Momineen (عليه السلام), who said,

"Your ninth descendant, O Husayn (عليه السلام) is the one who will rise with the truth (Qaim bil Haqq) and the one who will manifest the religion and spread justice."

Imam Husayn (عليه السلام) asked, O Ameer al-Momineen (عليه السلام), will this actually come to pass? 

He replied: Yes, by the one who sent Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله) with prophethood, and chose him over all the people; but it will be after occultation and confusion during which period none shall remain steadfast and firm in his faith except the sincere ones, who have the soul of certainty. They are the ones from whom Allah (عز وجل) has taken a covenant/agareement on Our Mastership (wilayat) and has inscribed faith in their hearts and supported them with a spirit from himself."

Hadith 3:

حدثنا أحمد بن زياد بن جعفر الهمداني رضي الله عنه قال: حدثنا علي ابن إبراهيم بن هاشم، عن أبيه، عن صالح بن السندي، عن يونس بن عبدالرحمن قال: دخلت على موسى بن جعفر عليهما السلام فقلت له: ياابن رسول الله أنت القائم بالحق؟ فقال: أنا القائم بالحق ولكن القائم الذي يطهر الارض من أعداء الله عزوجل ويملا ها عدلا كماملئت جورا وظلما هو الخامس من ولدي له غيبة يطول أمدها خوفا على نفسه، يرتد فيها أقوام ويثبت فيها آخرون ثم قال: طوبى لشيعتنا، المتمسكين بحبلنا في غيبة قائمنا، الثابتين على موالاتنا والبراء ة من أعدائنا، أولئك منا ونحن منهم، قد رضوا بنا أئمة، ورضينا بهم شيعة، فطوبى لهم، ثم طوبي لهم، وهم والله معنا في درجاتنا يوم القيامة

Narrated from Yunus bin Abdur Rahman that he said: I came to Imam Musa bin Jafar (عليه السلام) and asked him:

"O son of Allah's Messenger! Are you the Qaim-bil-Haqq [The one who will rise with the truth]?

The Imam replied, “I am Qaim-bil-Haqq, but the Qaim who shall purify the earth from the enemies of Allah Almighty and who shall fill it with justice in the same way as it would be filled with injustice and oppression, is my fifth descendent.

He will have an occultation (absence) whose period will be long out of fear for his own self. During this period (of occultation) some people will turn away [apostate] and others will remain firm."

Then the Imam said,

'Blessed are our followers (Shi'a) who hold on-to our rope during the occultation of our Qa'im (عليه السلام), who remain firm in their love [Mawalat] for us and their disassociation [Baraat] from our enemies.

They are from us, and we are from them. They are pleased with us as Imams, and we are pleased with them as followers.

So, blessed are they, and again, blessed are they! By Allah, they will be with us in our ranks on the Day of Resurrection!"

Hadith 4:

Narrated that Imam Ali ibn Husayn (عليه السلام) said while talking about the Ghaybah of Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام):

وأما الأخرى فيطول أمدها حتى يرجع عن هذا الامر أكثر من يقول به فلا يثبت عليه إلا من قوى يقينه وصحت معرفته ولم يجد في نفسه حرجا مما قضينا، وسلم لنا أهل البيت

"As for the second period of Ghaybah (occultation), its duration will be so long such that most of those who accept this matter (i.e. Wilayah) will turn away from it. So none will remain firm upon this matter (Wilayah) except him whose certainty (yaqeen) is strong and whose recognition (Marefat) is correct and does not find withing himself any narrowness (i.e. finding it difficult to accept) in anything that We have decided and submits to Us the AhlulBayt (عليهم السلام)"
